Dajjal or No Dajjal? That is the Question
If audio tapes produced are really of Al Zarqawi speaking on behalf of his Al Qaeda-in-Iraq group they say they actually meant to target Jordanian King Abdullah and Israeli and American Intelligence – not innocent Muslims and non-Muslims– from the CBC
Doh! Kind of a goof up I guess right buddy? If these guys were so “intelligent” and didn’t have to resort to deflection and misinformation to make themselves appear like they knew anything other than an open opportunity to kill innocents - they would have actually accomplished what he says they were apparently after.
The only thing they achieved was the ire of Muslims who aren’t in a state of denial and have chosen not to follow the Dajjal – the Islamic false prophet that many Muslims are expected to believe when ‘he’ is perceived to exist. Gee...I guess there are quite a few who seem follow ObL as if he were a "prophet" and Al Zarqawi would be just another follower blinded by a state of self induced religious euphoria.
So who needs drugs or alcohol when you’ve got a Dajjal?
Compliments of the CBC, here are some comments from our brave Jordanian allies:
"Al-Zarqawi, you coward, what brought you here?" the angry crowd shouted.
"Cease, cease, al-Zarqawi, you are a villain!" the throng chanted. "Cease, Cease, you terrorist, you are a coward!"
Jordanian television reported that 100,000 people marched; however, that estimate could not be independently verified. The size of the crowd appeared to be much larger than protests in the days right after the bombings.
"I came specifically to say to those terrorists and al-Zarqawi that we are all united against them. We do not want them on our land," said Ghazi al-Hajjaj, 43, who traveled from Tafila, 185 kilometres south of Amman, to attend the rally.

Verrryyyyy intervesting. I really hate to say this(okay,I'm lying), but if it takes killing off a few more of the innocent Arabs to open their eyes, then so be it. Eventually they will come to realize that all sane people are in this thing together, and they had damm well better start doing their part. When they realize that silence is only aiding and abetting the terrorists, then things will start to change.
Hi HR. I know my statement was harsh, but the truth hurts. It is not the first time something like this was needed to get ordinary people to fight against tyranny in any form.Think back to the Crusades.Depending on who/what you read, the Christians where worse barbarians then the Turks or vice versa. Now I realize that history is often written by the victorious. In the case of the Crusades,of which there where 9 dating from 1063 to 1291,ended in Acre, which was the removal of the last Christian influence in Syria.(sorry about the short history). My point is that it wasn't until the people of the Byzantine empire cried out for help against the invading Muslim Turks, that the then known world responded.BTW, with the victory at Jerusalem in 1099,this was the only victory for the Crusaders in any campaign. The history of the Crusades was written from the victors stance,in the caseof all the Crusades,by the Muslims.
More recently we see America in WWII.It took an unprovoked act of war against them before they entered the war,at a time when the Nazi atrocities where known to other allies(but not the extent). One of the points I argued when in the military was that, yes, civilian casualities are and will be a part of the horror of war. But, they need not be stupid. To me,there comes a time when everybody must take up the fight against tyranny. If civilians started doing so earlier,it was(and still is) my premise that not as many of them would die. Hypothetical question. What would have happened if the people of Dresden had revolted against the Nazis BEFORE their city was firebombed in the worse case of civlian casualities in WWII? Yes,more people died in Dresden than in Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined.
Anyways, thats where my comments come from.Sometimes a few of the sheep have to be slaughtered by the wolves before the sheep retaliate. And in some cases,it happens to late.
Oh....I should add. From the time of the Egyptians to now, ALL wars have been fought in one form or another over religion(Romans being the exception).Another hypo question; what would we be fighting for if religion did not exist???
