The Ontario Auditor, while finding a host of corruption in other Ontario Ministries that rivals AdScam (which I'll post later) found ongoing problems with Ontario's daycare system (as suspected) especially for children with mental health issues.

It's come to the point where I'd be surprised if there wasn't corruption. Now who'll get punished for it? Oh right, nobody. What's happening to Canada!?!?!?
Sounds like your typical gubermint boondogle.We need massive checks and balances at all levels of government in this country, but *sigh*. Our system is based on an antiquedated monarchial one,where entitlement is of prime concern,entitlement for the rulers.
It's depressing but I'm pretty sure I'll vote Conservative (I wasn't going to vote at all!)
otherwise if we don't, nothing will change.
I believe Harper will make the necessary changes that we need initially, and then fine tune them during his tenure.
At least I feel hopeful with him
