al-Qaida Third Hand Man Captured?

UpDate: Reported in today's New York Times European security officials are skeptical that Abu Farraj al-Libbi was captured. It could be another operative with a similar name.

Abu Farraj al-Libbi, a native of Libya and al-Qaida's alleged operations planner has been captured by Pakistani commandos according to Canoe News Network:

Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said the arrest Monday has already
produced a treasure trove of intelligence, and predicted more breakthroughs to
come. A Pakistani intelligence official said 11 more terror suspects - three
Uzbeks, an Afghan and seven Pakistanis - were arrested before dawn Wednesday in
the Bajor tribal region.
