Book Review

The latest book I'm devouring is Stewart Bell's second on Canadian terrorism called "The Martyr's Oath - The Apprenticeship of a Homegrown Terrorist".

This is a MUST read for all Canadians, especially those who like to bash C.S.I.S. Finally, our own security service is looking sexy. I don't mean any of that usual lust filled sensuality but because it describes how our security agents at home are doing their job and doing it well.

It's about Mohammed Jabarrah, a 19 year old trained as one of Osama bin Laden's men, working for al Qaeda to co-ordinate an attack that would have been bigger than 9/11. Jabarrah was born in Kuwait and raised in St. Catherines Ontario. The influx of extremists into the Hamilton/Niagara region resulted in the attraction of Jabarrah into ObL version of Islam and Jihad.

I would also recommend his first book "Cold Terror: How Canada Nurtures and Exports Terrorism Around the World". In it you'll find our Prime Minister Paul Martin accepting political donations and strong armed political support from the Tamil Tigers, a listed terrorist organization, against the advice of C.S.I.S.
